Working in a wide variety of materials and styles Jan has been an artist since she could hold a crayola... today her art includes works in wood (carved, burned, painted) including signs as well as paintings (above: detail from "The Warrior Princess"). Since 1988 she has been spreading her colors and designs on South Padre Island's walls, floors, and almost any surface anyone wanted to look better.
